Sulaiman Adams is an accomplished IT leader, senior systems engineer, and technology strategist with over 20 years of experience shaping Nigeria’s computing and technology ecosystem. He is the Assistant Director and Head of Information Technology at the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN), where he leads initiatives advancing the nation's digital infrastructure and IT regulatory frameworks.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Second Class Honors in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Lagos State University, with additional professional IT training from NIIT. He has also integrated Cisco networking certifications alongside professional training in Agile methodologies and Design Thinking, strengthening his global perspective on adaptive project management and user-centric tech leadership. His technical expertise focuses on enterprise network architecture, multi-platform system administration, and robust cybersecurity.
At CPN, he has led key national initiatives in IT standardization and regional operations, including serving as the Ag. Head of the North/Western Region where he oversaw regional budgeting and administrative coordination. His work has successfully bridged digital policy, regulatory compliance, and academic excellence by representing CPN on joint accreditation panels with the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to enforce best computing practices in tertiary institutions.
He is the organizer and Chairman of the Interactive Forum for Heads of Computer Science Departments and Non-Formal Computer Training Institutions, a platform advancing technical standardizations and digital literacy alignment across Northern Nigeria.
Mr. Adams is a registered professional with the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN), the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). He frequently serves as an expert resource person on national ICT capacity-building programs and is widely recognized for his leadership in implementing agile, user-centric solutions, robust network security, and resilient digital systems.
